How this started

I am a tour operator. I run CZECHtrekker — a premium private tour business based in the Czech Republic. I know the business from the inside: the early mornings, the logistics, the guests, and the sheer joy and pride of showing someone a place you genuinely love.

I also know the frustrations from the inside. The OTPs that took 20–30% of every booking and owned the relationship with my customers. The WordPress plugins that never quite did what I needed — and the expensive developers who charged a small fortune to build something that still needed fixing two weeks later. The evenings spent writing blog posts and social content instead of preparing for tomorrow's tour. The non-tailored platforms that were built for hotels or restaurants, not for someone running intimate, curated guided experiences.

I tried everything. Nothing fit. So I built my own.

Inteliva started as the platform behind CZECHtrekker — a purpose-built system designed around how a real tour operation actually works. It handles the website, bookings, content creation, guidebooks, and all the digital admin that used to steal hours from my week. Once it was running, I realised other operators were facing exactly the same walls. That was when it became a product.

What makes Inteliva different
